Aaron is a Creative Director and Marketer from Southfield, MI. With nearly 15 years of experience he has crafted a valued expertise in building both relationships and brands, as well as creating high quality marketing material from concept to completion. After graduating with a degree in Advertising from Western Michigan University and relocating to Los Angeles, he built a career as an in-house designer for companies such as Disney, CBS, FOX and Dash Radio by day — and at night pursued his side hustle freelance appearance booking and brand marketing for celebrities.
Equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset, after a few years of glowing reviews, he decided to launch his own diversified media company, Hustle Matters — specializing in creative development, talent management, and merchandise. Aaron has worked with a variety of feature film/television, music and voice talent such as multi-platinum selling recording artist "Big Sean", Grammy-winning producer Jason “Problem” Martin, former Bellator MMA & UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, Sean Schemmel (the English voice of Goku in the Dragon Ball franchise), the original Power Rangers, renowned actor RJ Cyler, and DXSH founder DJ Skee.
After a decade in entertainment marketing, Aaron understands the power of storytelling to influence and motivate consumers; and aims to continue combining his creativity and business prowess to elevate brands and cultivate meaningful experiences between celebrities and their fans.
